Objective and Responsibilities:To lead the Sales Team to achieve Sales Targets, set objectives along with support of the CIty Lead, research customer needs and identify solutions for the same and continuously develop leadership through effective planning and proactive recruitmentResource Planning to achieve set objectives, team selection, recruitmentLead, monitor and manage a team of Sales PartnersAchieve weekly and monthly sales targets and generate and convert leads into long-term customersCreate MIS reports for specific time periodsStakeholder management and Long-term relationship buildingSet objectives for the team, train and mentor the sales partners on a regular basis and give them feedbackTravelling throughout the territory and visiting the customersMotivate and work with rigour and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilledAchieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performanceOwning and delivering sales targets for various channelsSkills & Requirements:Languages - Kannada and English are a must Other languages are an added bonusTechnology Skills - Ability to use CRM, Knowledge of MS Excel and basic typingTwo-wheeler for travelShould have managed a team of 7-10 members Good communication and presentation skillsExperience in B2C and B2B environmentExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsProven track record of constant sales target achievementDynamic, persuasive and aggressive, self-initiator and result-orientedStrong Communication and Convincing skillsPersonal integrity
