Position Name: Sales Trainer Experience: above 5 yrs of exp Salary : Negotiable Industry: FMCG / Retail / Hospitality Location : Chennai Job Description Conduct an Induction training program for the new joiners Conduct practical workshops on soft skills/sales effectiveness/customer orientation workshops /supervisory skills enhancement Evaluate training outcomes on a continuous basis and update training processes accordingly Collate, Analyze & Present the results of the pre & post training exercise to evaluate training effectiveness Report on the impact of training programs (eg sales achieved) Create user-friendly training material to be taught at varied levels and learning styles Create and distribute training resources, learning aids and process documentation to learners Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement Design training curricula within time and budget constraints Produce & Suggest physical and digital educational material (eg videos and case studies) Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses Monitor sales objectives and results
