• Meet with Functional Analysts to understand business, functional and technical requirements
• Utilize best practices to design solutions on the Salesforce platform and provide effort estimates for completing
• Document and guide team on technical designs and configuration/code approach
• Develop Apex and Visualforce to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements
• Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization
• Communicating development progress to senior management
• Accountable for team deliverables (Solution designs, Technical design specifications)
• Identify areas for improvement (both technical and operational)
• Owning the deployment path to Production (including the documentation of the deployment playbook)

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• 4+ years relevant work experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
• 2+ years of experience as a Senior Salesforce developer
• Minimum Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I
• Desirable Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer II, Application Architect
• Ability and desire to learn new technologies and development tools
• Excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to be a big picture thinker and also an in-depth problem solver
• Nice to have: Familiarity with JIRA, Copado and/or FinancialForce
