- Must be proficient in account research and planning with working knowledge of the SAP sales process Demonstrate ability to apply discovery techniques to understand potential client pain points in combination with business process understanding - Must have, or willing to learn, S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition products - Ability to digitally engage with clients through Teams via remote presentations Working knowledge of tools used for video creation and editing.

Proficient with visual communication including sketching and whiteboarding techniques - Engage with clients in a consultative fashion as a true partner to define and implement short to long term roadmap for SAP S/4HANA & its ecosystem including leveraging Cloud, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence - Client relationship management to provide necessary support to the clients on their SAP initiatives including handling of escalations, providing architectural guidance etc - Lead various solution initiatives within the SAP practice working in close collaboration with business units to develop market leading and differentiated offerings - Understanding SAP intelligent enterprise and applying that understanding to account planning and defining a roadmap for the account and working in close collaboration with the client.
