• Designing, modifying, setting up, and testing SD
• Experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects.
  
  
• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD
• Expertise in designing and configuring SD modules
• Provide suitable system solutions based on a thorough examination of complicated business process needs; identify, analyze, validate, and record client requirements
• Customers' demands are met by developing the appropriate product adjustments based on the business requirements, procedures, and objectives of the customer
• Serve as the client's point of contact for troubleshooting; look into, evaluate, and fix software issues.
  
  
• Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues;
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
• Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
• Work to fill up gaps and solve problems
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
