• Strong problem-solving, incident-resolution, and analytical skills.
  
  
• Support and resolving production support issues for SAP SRM, MM, SAP Ariba, SAP Accounts Payable, and SAP Travel management
• Provide a single point of contact for any production concerns involving sourcing management procedures
• Be able to communicate proactively with impacted stakeholders about the status of significant issues and quickly address them
• SAP SRM, MM, Ariba, Accounts Payable, and Travel Management modules must be thoroughly understood
• Collaborate with the project team and the client to make production concerns visible and suggest solutions
• When suggested modifications potentially have an influence on systems or processes, conduct impact evaluations
• Writing functional specification documents and comprehending requirements
• Should have been a leader who worked with clients directly
• Understanding the integration points, 'tie-ins,' and integration problems with other components
• Excellent knowledge of SAP and non-SAP system integration

Qualification:
