• Having technical knowledge and being familiar with the SAP Application Systems Testing Methodology
• A description of the phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC), the software testing life cycle (STLC), and the bug life cycle
• Making use of tools like HP ALM/Quality Center, developing, maintaining, and updating test suites, test cases, test data mapping, and producing RTM and test results
• Awareness of Testing Metrics
• The capacity to communicate with people in a clear and succinct manner, both verbally and in writing.
  
  
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• For the focus area or module, an understanding of business processes
• Research and fine-tuning skills, and the capacity to perform
• Excellent analytical abilities
• Recognises the points of contact between modules and is aware of the business functionality associated with the SAP module or application.
  
  
• Assist the lead with the planning and estimation of testing operations
• Making ready test scenarios and test data
• Test cases and test data execution
• Meeting testing metrics for the organization, including productivity and defect eradication effectiveness
• The reporting of flaws
• Reporting on the status of tests

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
