Strategy
  • An experienced Scrum Master (preferably Scrum certified) who can facilitate the Scrum ceremonies, ensure the teams follows Agile best practice and act as a servant leader for the project team
  • Experienced in setting up and maintaining JIRA and Confluence tools to facilitate effective Agile Project Management
  • Experienced in creating and maintaining Agile Metrics in JIRA to monitor a team's velocity and delivery progress
  • Experienced in proving clear and concise status updates
  • Experienced in the delivery of complex software delivery projects in an agile environment
Business
  • Experience of working in the technology function of an Investment Bank, Financial Services Company or Technology Company
  • Experience of working in a Front Office Trading technology department is preferred but not essential
  • Knowledge of the FX business, core FX products and market participants are preferred but not essential
  • Knowledge of electronic trading platforms and low latency trading is advantageous

  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
  • Good track record of communicating effectively with both business and IT staff at all levels
  • Experience of delivering large scale change within a structured programme management environment.

  • Enthusiastic, driven, self-motivated with a focus on client and customer service
  • Very strong interpersonal skills including facilitation and coaching and able to lead and influence others
  • Committed to the development of all team members and continuous improvement of the Agile
  • Highly effective verbal and written English communication skills
  • Experience facilitating workshops / discussions

Risk Management
  • Effectively manage risk arising out of deliveries, provide amicable solution & ensure sales/PO are updated with regular information
  • Identify risks and issues early, plan mitigating steps and communicate these to stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Timely escalation of risks and issues and escalating to management at the earliest opportunity to ensure items are resolved in a timely manner
Governance
  • Experienced in setting up and maintaining JIRA and Confluence tools to facilitate effective Agile Project Management
  • Experience in conducting the prescribed agile ceremonies
  • Should be able to interact with the stakeholders for the release controls and manage the required documentation

  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters
  • Understanding Local regulatory/compliance landscape and working with transaction banking to understand end-to-end capabilities that can be supported
