• Knowledge and hands-on experience on End Point Protection
• Install and upgrade the Symantec Encryption Management Server
• Symantec Endpoint Encryption Administration
• Logging into and working through client issue through server
• Generate and review the drive encryption activity database report on daily basis
• Project Management responsibilities ran day to day status meeting .
  
  
• Responsible for Co-ordination with different stake holder
• Interaction with Customer on a 1 on level Troubleshooting based on their needs
• Maintain and Manage the changes in Running Environment
• Knowledge on the recovery of encrypted drives
• Knowledge on Database column level encryption and transparent encryption, tokenization
• Install and configure the additional cluster server members
• Creating and managing the consumer policy
• Managing the users and their public keys
• Configure system settings, install updates and restore backups.
  
  
• Create a customized client installation package
• Complete knowledge of User/Device enrollment process
• Monitor the system logs to make sure SEMS environment is operating as expected
• Managing Alerts and Key Permissions
• Access and read Whole Disk Recovery Tokens
• Export user private keys and manage organization, trusted, ignition, and Additional Decryption Keys (ADKs)
• Access the server using SSH with key based authentication
• Knowledge to create a bootable recovery CD/UFD, USB flash Drive, using the Windows Preinstallation(PE) tool for rescue purpose
