• Risk in Change - Change Management, RIC Assessment from Tech domain, Trigger Assessments
• Responsible for data quality in maintain various databases including RiskInSite and monthly management reporting
• Identify, initiate and manage actions to mitigate risks and to strengthen controls, including issues identified through audits and other external processes
• Responsible for the effective design of controls for all new and changing processes and operations, and support the business through the implementation
• Manage root cause analysis of issues and incidents, identifying and implementing control improvements.
  
  
• Identify, lead and manage the continuous improvement of the business control environment by using data to generate insights and reports
• Responsible for the design and implementation support the business to design and implement controls to enable better risk and compliance outcomes
• Work effectively with Line 2 colleagues to determine optimal course of action to remediate any significant data integrity issues within the BU
• Responsible for ensuring the correct risk and controls overlay the end to end process mapping and documentation management to support the control process
• Responsible for ensuring risks are profiled and captured in the Risk Profile RCSA and updated when risk trigger events occur.
  
  
• Contribute to a proactive risk and control culture and collaborate with the business
• Conduct RCSA, Thematic reviews for Operation teams
• Engage with a broad spectrum of stakeholders including delivery teams, cyber security specialists, business owners and operational risk
• Perform technology risk assessments of new retail banking projects
• Identify key risks, issues and advise on the remedial action
• Provide specialist advice on technology compliance for project delivery, Risk in Change and other internal policies
• Inform and influence senior stakeholders for better risk outcomes

• Directly supervise or coordinate the work of others in a discrete section/small team
• Manage the performance cycle of the Reportee and be a career counsellor.
  
  
• Coaches inexperienced team members and provides first level advice on procedures/work methods, for those who may be at the same level
• Thorough working knowledge of one functional area through significant job experience and training

• Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, economics, science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or related subjects
• 5 + years' experience in banking/financial services/other relevant experience, and/or
• Minimum 3 + years' experience in Technology Risk management roles
