DescriptionWe have a wide variety of career opportunities around the world - come find yours Technical Operations/MaintenanceTechnical Operations includes the maintenance, and overhaul of our aircraft This includes aircraft maintenance technicians, engineers, planners, ground equipment and facilities teams, supply chain teams and more Job overview and responsibilitiesManages execution of development tasks along with sustained quality and maintenance activities of Tech Ops Safety software programs including but not limited to the Audit 360 self-audit program Organizes, prioritizes, oversees, and reports progress on tasks and assignments with internal teams and external software contractors to Safety Management.

Identifies, reports, and mitigates risks that could impact the quality, availability, or planned feature development of Safety programs

• Serves as focal point and subject matter expert for quality and maintenance of Safety programs to ensure system availability and usability is maintained
• Manages execution and reports progress and risks of Safety program feature development activities including requirements capture and user acceptance testing
• Responsible for ensuring data integrity of Safety programs for various reporting data streams and levels within the organization from front-line users to senior management
• Regularly performs and provides analysis, insights, and empirical storytelling of Safety programs data for use in broader risk assessments and CASS (Continuous Analysis and Surveillance System) Reviews.
  
  
• Collaborates with other Safety team members on ad hoc project or Safety program requests
• Communicates and trains users as needed on new feature availability

• Software / Technical project management
• Software languages (Python, SQL, HTML/CSS)
• Business Intelligence and Data Analytics applications
• MicroSoft Office product suite
• Proven superior verbal and written communication, technical writing, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.
  
  Organization and discipline to perform in deadline based environment while remaining adaptable to changing priorities
• Bachelor's or Associtate's degree in Software Development or equivalent
• 2-5 years managing software projects

Preferred

• Aviation industry and terminology experience
• Occupational Safety and Quality Assurance exposure
• Experience with TIBCO Spotfire, Palantir, and Tableau data applications
• High collaboration and teaming skills
• Software Project Management
• Experience with internal audit, compliance, and occupational safety activities
