Position : SR Associate Location : Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane Qualification : Mcom / Mba / CMA / Inter ca / ICWA Experience : 3-10 years Industry : KPO / BPO ** Candidate must have experience upto finalisation of accounts or must have assist seniors upto finalisation ** Must have experience into core Accounts Purpose of the role: The Role holder is responsible for providing an advanced level of accounting service to a designated group of clients as a part of the team The Senior Associate role analyses and reviews that all the accounting entries are maintained accurately and as per the SLAs He is also responsible for preparing the Management Accounts package for his onward review by Assistant Manager and Manager Key responsibilities: Processing of service requests Accuracy level 99% Timeliness 100% all the time: All related service requests to be delivered in time and high quality Ensuring daily plans are discussed, shared and adhered to by the team.

Adhere and delivery of the service request should meet 100% of client SLA as already agreed upon Individual and team development Regularity Attendance Level Not less than 95% Average Score Not less than 85%: Ensure the personal development plan is followed Training relevant to competence development are attended Understands and actively recommends improvements to the existing processes to enhance efficiency Implements agreed and approved changes in processes and work with his/her team to get up skilled on the changes.
