Senior Associate/executive Business Management Equity Derivatives Trading Job In Macquarie Group In Gurgaon / Gurugram, India

The Equity Derivatives and Trading division (EDT) within Macquarie's Commodities and Global Markets group has an exciting opportunity to be part of the Business Management team within the EDT Central COO team In this role you will be supporting day to day BAU business management activities You'll be responsible for effective co-ordination and tracking of engagements, agreements and delivery artefacts across various stakeholders including front office, operations, legal and risk teams including credit and compliance You will Manage re-occurring deal lifecycle events for structured transactions You will be working on Problem solving ad hoc requests from trading desk.

You will Learn and understand the workflow of different internal processes and take part in CGM Central related projects to support EDT in delivering requirements You will have a strong understanding and experience of equity markets and products, specifically in relation to Over-The-Counter (OTC) products (swaps and p-notes) and securities finance transactions (stock loan and repo) You are equipped with exceptional analytical skills and knowledge of front to back equity lifecycle operations, documentation (ISDAs, MCAs, CSAs, GMSLAs, GMRAs), funding, margining and collateral requirements is required, as is exposure to AML, KYC, legal and regulatory drivers You will have strong organisational and project management skills in addition to an analytical mindset and an ability to quickly learn new products and systems If this sounds like the right opportunity for you to further your career, please apply within.
