About the roleChief Claim Officer Office (CCO Office) is looking for a Senior Claims Reporting Specialist to focus on developing reporting and ad-hoc analysis based on Claims data stored in the Analytical Data Model (ADM) and enable next level claims analysis that drive better claims outcomes/transparency, improve efficiency and support thought leadership aspirations

• You will be expected to function at a high level in this role, with a great degree of autonomy

Main tasks/activities/responsibilitiesData architecture

• Understand todays and potential future data needs of Claims and other functions and translate them into new opportunities

Build and enhance Dashboards

• Analyse existing claims data
• Help enhancing the Claims Dashboards by building new sections
• Implement advanced reporting by defining the framework and roadmap

Claims Management Information (MI) strategy

• Engage with platform Product Owners, Technology Leads, Business Process Managers, Business Architecture, and the Data Office on the end-to-end consistency of system, process, and information architecture
• Collaborate with relevant cross-functional teams to analyse requirements, evaluating customer needs and delivering innovative solutions

About youEducation and experience

• Degree in Math, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Econometrics, Engineering, Computer Science, Decision Science, Business Management, or other quantitative sciences
• Few years of experience as business analyst or data engineer
• Experience with Reporting software such as Power BI, Palantir, Clik Sense etc
• Basic coding knowledge
• Ability to think along full value chain and hence verify proper e2e implementation
• Experienced in collaborating with diverse teams based in multiple locations
• Capable of translating ideas into practical solutions
• Previous insurance experience is desirable, ideally in Claims
