Your key responsibilitiesTechnical Excellence

• Identified of deal issues, assessing their impact on the transaction (valuation etc) and advising on ways to address the issues
• Conducted analysis of transaction risks and ways to mitigate them
• Understanding transaction structure and basis it advised on structuring issues

Skills and attributesTo qualify for the role you must haveQualification PG from a Tier 1 Institute with a focus on leading delivery of consulting projects in a professional services environment Strong financial acumen in terms of financial modelling/concepts (CFA preferred) Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in an investment bank
