Senior Design For Testability Engineer Silicon Job In Google Inc In Bengaluru / Bangalore, India

Minimum qualifications:

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience
• 3 years of experience with silicon standards and Design for Testability
• Experience with ATPG, Memory BIST, Logic BIST, Scan, JTAG tools, and related flows
• Experience with industry standard DFT tools

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in a Design for Testability role.
  
  
• Experience with RTL design and verification, DFT security implementation, or DFT for analog IPs (eg, PLLs, ADC/DAC, etc)
• Experience with a scripting language (e.
  
  g Perl) Experience with Synthesis, Lint, CDC, LEC, and DFT timing and STA
• Knowledge of high-performance design DFT techniques
• Understanding of the end-to-end flows of Design, Verification, DFT, and PD.
