Senior Embedded Development EngineerJob Description6 to 8 years of experience in Embedded products and systems preferably Mobile domain Strong C programming skills with hands on relevant development experience on an embedded platform Experience in working on the Linux environment Working knowledge in Android Middleware (Drivers, HAL, Libraries, Framework etc) and in-depth knowledge of overall Android system architecture

Fair Understanding of Hardware, schematics, and communication protocols (ISO14443, ISO7816, UART, I2C, SPI)

OS fundamentals, Semaphores & Multithreading (Linux ,FreeRTOS or Android) Overall knowledge of android build environment

Knowledge of Embedded platforms and working closely with HW is preferred
Good analytical skills and problem-solving skills with a go-to attitude
Should be capable of driving new initiatives meeting the wider expectations of different stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential

Good to have:

Experience in wireless connectivity protocols (UWB, NFC, WiFi, BT, ZigBee etc)
Experience with Java programming.
Python/Perl Scripting knowledge will be added advantage
Should be familiar with GIT, Jenkins and related tools (Tortoise SVN, GERRIT, etc)
Understanding of Near Field Communication technology
