Job DescriptionSenior Engineer, Pune & ChennaiREF25091AYou will be part of a talented software team that works on mission-critical applications Roles and responsibilities include enterprise application development while providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing We are looking for a DevOps engineer to join our engineering team If you have a passion for building top-notch, scalable products and have python programming experience, we're looking for you to join us in our Chennai Technology Hub!Responsibilities

• Building, setting up & maintaining new development tools and infrastructure
• Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes
• Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
• Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and 'fixes'
• Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended
• Deploy updates and fixes
• Collaborate with Agile cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 6+ years of software development experience using Python programming
• Experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role
• Proficient with git and git workflows
• Working knowledge of databases and SQL
• Problem-solving attitude
• Collaborative team spirit
• Expertise with configuration management tools (GIT), configuration concepts, and continuous integration tools (Jenkins / Bamboo)
• Experience in agile software development practices
