Being a part of Global function we want to be best and keep developing ourself to deliver best We review CIR created by site technicians or engineers across globe on Vestas CIR Portal and third party drone portals We maintain Vestas Global adviser ( VGA ) portal upto date by new guide additions and upgrading the existing guides VGA is tool used across Vestas to troubleshoot turbine related concerns We are responsible to support SBUs to achieve service target by doing day to day technical task through remote working structure.

Responsibilities

• Perform Aesthetical & HyperSTE review of VGA guides of Onshore, Offshore and MB platforms
• Publish reviewed VGA guides of Onshore, Offshore and MB platforms
• Support Portal developer on time-to-time basis with gathering ideas from regions along with self-driven innovative addon to portals
• Testing VGA portal for new changes in portals and provide inputs/feedback to developer team
• Training content creation for easy learning of portal.
  
  
• Collaborate with different cross-cultural team for the completion of the VGA guides
• Distribute the VGA inputs to respective stake holders & follow-up
• Ensure high quality of VGA guides through Brain storming sessions with SBU's, RoC's and Vestas Power solution for & strive, support to improve the standards
• Monitoring & Reporting of KPI's
• Actively conduct weekly/monthly call with the stakeholder to align the VGA progress.
  
  
• Support stakeholders to deliver feedback on time
• Support digitization, data analysis and to minimize the backlog
• Creation and update the unscheduled requests as part of LEAN
• Support & Collaboration with regions for on time delivery of new platform, high priority & LPF/LD reduction VGA's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics
• Minimum 3+yrs of experience in technical field
• 1+ years of Experience with documentation tasks is added advantage.
  
  
• 1+ years of experience in WTG troubleshooting is an advantage
• Knowledge of Power BI / Data analysis tool is an added advantage
