Job DescriptionAnalytical and technical support for senior team members and Client Business Partners A BI Customer Analyst will be in support of one or several clients, operating with an analytical focus that requires RMS or CPS knowledge The analyst will bring best in class reports, visualizations, and insights to our clients on an ad hoc basis when requiredWhat you'll do: Assist with the execution of projects by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting sales data and consumer data, developing client reports, and designing presentations.

Summarize data in tables, charts, and graphs, reviewing data for errors and inconsistencies Share and actively search for best practice examples and implement the approach in their own work whenever possible.

Interface with internal and/or external customers to define and document project requirements Evaluate scope details and customer requirements and provide feasibility assessment Solicit feedback on scopes and design of prototypes before any development occurs Refine project documentation and project timelines on an ongoing basis Design, develop, test and document custom solutions as well as proof-of-concept applications based upon the documented scope requirements in support of Report builds, Extract Studio and management of data integration projects.

Work with other NielsenIQ business units to collaborate and integrate proof-of-concept solutions and to implement integrated production systems and operational processes Demonstrate recommended best practices and showcase custom solutions to other business units Help support the implementation and ongoing evolution of custom solutions within the business units Identify operational gaps within the organization and work to address both short and long-term process improvements Serve in advisor role to the BTS Business Partners and Service organizations.

Investigate methodologies and evaluate performance Interact with Operations to identify future technology platforms and project requirements Quality Assurance: Develop test cases, carry out fundamental testing and validate resultsQualificationsWe're looking for people who have: Student or graduate (Bachelor/Master) of Marketing, Economics or related field, or technical/engineering studies delivered in English 2+ Years in CPG industry.

Strong numerical and analytical skills Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, conditional functions, conditional formatting, chart building, and formatting) knowledge of VBA is an asset, PowerPoint Analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with Agile life cycle process including Scrum, Continuous Integration, and Test-Driven Development Methodologies CPG Expertise.

Business Intelligence tool experience (ex Power BI / Power Query) Data management experience (managing large datasets, integration of multiple datasets) Proactive, flexible, and self-motivated attitude Strong communication skills, ability to document, present and educate others.

Willingness to take ownership and see projects to completion Ability to anticipate the bigger picture and are holistic by nature Experience and desire to create process documentation Fluent communication in English - verbal and written (at least C1 level) Results-oriented personality and ability to work to tight deadlines.
