Job DescriptionPosition:Senior Manager - Customer Lifecycle Management, Digital BusinessPurpose:The incumbent will be responsible for Customer Lifecycle Management Profile for India Direct Consumer BusinessEducation:MBA or equivalent degreeExperience:8-12 years in CLM ProfileLocation:MumbaiReporting Relationship:Lead - Customer Lifecycle ManagementBusiness/Channel/Function:Digital BusinessKey Responsibilities:
  • Effective Base Management
    • Daily monitoring of Subscription base basis usage engagement KPIs
  • Identification of base basis Customer Engagement matrix, which may move to Churn bucket
    • Daily Monitoring of Engagement KPIs and Plan campaigns for customers showing sign of drop in usage
    • Data Analysis driven strategic initiatives to enhance effectiveness of engagement
    • Drive Growth & Retention Funnel to increase customer engagement and revenue
    • Developing and managing the retention strategy
  • Renewal Business
    • Need to drive higher retentions from the base who are due for Renewal
    • Create Strategy to Increase Renewals from Recurring or Non-Recurring Mode of Payment
    • Drive higher retentions across all mode of payments
  • Drive higher Winbacks from Old Lapsed Base
    • Create Strategy to Increase Winback Numbers from Old Lapsed Base
  • Segmentation of customers
    • Creation of segments / micro segments based on Pack Subscription, Mode of Subscription, Engagement KPIs and Renewal Behaviour
  • Effective Campaign Management
    • Segment - Existing SVOD Base / Base Due for Renewal / Old Lapsed Base
    • Creation & Implementation of Daily Campaign - tailoring communication to different customer segments
    • Testing Multiple Creative's for Effective Communication for Base Engagements, Higher Renewals
    • Monitor & Increase CTRs (Click through rate) from targeted base
    • Increase Campaign Conversions from targeted base
