Senior Manager Environment Sustainability Job In Galleon Consultants In Gurgaon / Gurugram, Mumbai

Key responsibilities Collaborate with clients in developing ESG and Sustainability strategies across various sectors across APAC Lead the development of client sustainability strategies to support their organisational goals and implementation planning Lead on ESG specific topics such as disclosure indices, materiality assessments, UN-SDGs and other associated sustainability initiatives Coordinate and facilitate projects spanning a wide range of client's sustainability portfolio in a collaborative and effective manner Conduct client meetings and own client engagements Prepare technical and commercial proposals Manage end to end projects and coaching and mentoring junior consultants Independently undertake / lead the analysis and preparation of reports and presentations Follow up and implement the proposed solutions at our clients' sites Conduct quantitative and qualitative evaluation of results and benefits realization of all projects managed Participate and contribute to functional and/or industry networks with the aim of developing and sharing best practices Provide feedback and coaching junior colleagues to support their development within the organization Develop and / or enhance existing IP in the relevant field of expertise, including but not limited to sharing PoV documents, white papers etc
