Facilitate development of job training programs for teams with the help of SMEsMake ongoing improvements to existing job training program to keep pace with the rate of change requiring new knowledge and skills for the global GSC workforceEstablish a Skill gap analysis methodology and strategy to plug the gap (either by internal programs or by external training)Maintain metrics to measure training compliance, budgets utilization, training readiness, and learning effectivenessEstablish metrics to measure the health of internal business processes, monitor alignment to program standards, and assess team performance to targetEstablish process for employee learning needs analysis and optimize processes to improve quality, increase efficiency, and improve job satisfactionBuild relationships with Global leaders to stay connected to business priorities that impact workforce readiness.

Experience in instruction design, training delivery, ADDIE's methodology, working with any LMS tools , content development tools ( like camtesia , articulate etal )People (WFD team)

• Manage and distribute team workload and provide inputs for succession planning
• Mentor, coach and empower team members and promote teamwork
• Identify learning opportunities and provide training
• Ensure team members are properly trained according to department compliance, work requirements
• Support team to remove barriers, resolve conflict, and aim for accountability
• Actively recruit and identify qualified talent
• Provide communication regarding job expectations
• Establish goals and monitor performance achievement through performance reviews
• Collect, review and provide positive and constructive feedback for continuous development
• Provide and promote recognition through various tools
• Communicate, Review and Monitor team members performance to established metrics, policies, procedures and goals to meet department and company strategies
• Create a culture of problem solving and implementation
