Senior Manager Operations Job In Whatfix In Bengaluru / Bangalore, India

• Main SPOC for liaising with our Customer Success, Global Consulting, Finance Sales Ops, and Deals Desk on Revenue Recognition and Reconciliations
• Being a custodian of Key Org metrics - GRR, NRR, NPS etc
• Run Data governance program working closely with Sales Ops and Product Analytics
• Coming up with dashboards, prioritizing and preparing strategic reports for Ops Director, BU head and CSM and Professional Services leads
• Streamlining CS Operations, Recommending and Prioritising existing activties.
  
  
• Acting as a Consultant on Internal Strategic Initiatives driving Ops goals
• Reviewing and owning the KPIs metrics for Customer Success and Global Consultancy Teams
• Driving the Org NPS Surveys every Quarter, deriving and sharing key insights/metrics to all the stakeholders
• Optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance all Customer Success initiatives

• True passion to explore numbers, data.
  
  
• Having 5+ years experience in an Operation based role is strongly preferred SaaS experience and Customer Service exposure is an added advantage
• Excellent and fast paced with Excel & Google Sheet calculations
• Working hands-on knowledge of Salesforce, CPQ modules
• Good to have understanding of reporting tools (like Looker/Tableau), Finance tools, CS/Project Management tools etc.
  
  
• Excellent with large sets of data, dealing with numbers and quick automations
• Good People Management skills
• Strong Cross collaboration skills
• Should be open to aligning with the UK time zone (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST)
