Our mission: To power the world's best companies to win in the Subscription Economy The Team & RoleReporting into the Global Head, Partner Success & Delivery, you will be responsible for ensuring that partners are capable and skilled in delivering services, as they deploy and implement Zuora's products and solutions The overall health of the deployments must be high resulting in high customer satisfaction and adoption and recurring business for both partner and Zuora You also will play a key role in working cross functionally with Zuora's Global Services, Sales and Alliances to ensure that the partner fit for each opportunity is sound and aligns with the go-to-market strategy In this role you'll get to
  • Developing an Enablement program to proactively train our partners, including Global System Integrators, Regional System Integrators, Solution Providers and ISVs.

  • Create bespoke programs to train and certify key strategic partners in a manner that fits their learning culture This could include 'just-in-time' training for specific deals and/or on-site training
  • Create and deliver a cadence of webinars and product roadmap updates on a quarterly basis
  • Help create and use a partner fit matrix and methodology to align the sales team, global services and alliance teams in picking the right partner for each deal
  • Proactively get involved early in the sales cycle to ensure proper partner fit.

  • Provide design consultation and mentorship services to partners for scoping, project planning, design and resourcing delivery projects
  • Establishing Zuora COEs within partner organizations and increasing the number of certified, implementation-ready resources
  • Ensuring that partner presales teams are ready to demonstrate the Zuora platform
  • Working with engineering and product management teams to keep partner teams up to date on Zuora's new releases and products
  • Collaborating with partner teams to publish joint whitepapers and blogs.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with partners - across their technology and vertical teams
  • Set up a cadence of communication and socialization to all stakeholders This includes written and verbal communications

Who we're looking for
  • 10+ years of experience
  • Progressive experience in partner management and enablement.

  • Strong understanding of how partners think and act
  • Professional relationships with partners in your contact list
  • Strong collaborative and collaboration skills Should not be shy in proactively socializing with and including stakeholders in strategy and process
  • Strong technical skills and experience with different industries, customers and solutions.
