Job Title: Senior Quality Analyst Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai Experience: Graduates only with 2-3 yrs as Quality Analyst in International BPO only Skills: CSAT, NPS, 7QC Tools Job Description & Specification Quality Analyst Position Objective The Objective of this position is to cater the requirements given below Responsibilities:

• Audit and Give feedback on strength and developmental areas to improve performance
• Monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved Coordinate with all stakeholders internal as well as external auditors for periodic audits
• Perform audit & Prepare audit dashboards and highlight issues for early warning signals and trends
• Follow up on action items
• Conduct RCA and share synopsis as and when required
• Compliances Ensuring audit compliance
• Adhering To Company Policies, Rules And Regulations
• Following Quality Processes Thoroughly - Checklists, Standards Etc On Process
• Adhering to Work Timings, Leave Schedules
• Behavioral Aspects Should be self-driven and proactive
• Should be a team player
• Should have good analytical and communication skills
• Should be detail oriented

Qualifications and Technical Competencies

• Required Education Mandatory: Graduate in any stream,
• Hands on experience with CSAT, NPS, 7 QC tools
