About Us Wagman Digital is a Digital Marketing Agency with a portfolio of international brands We specialize in delivering ecommerce websites & marketing services to grow online sales We are looking for a result-driven SEO Specialist to join our team and manage all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks Job Responsibilities: Perform technical audits (log file analysis, search console errors, site crawl, etc) to maintain optimal crawl efficiency.
Analyze the current keyword universe and identify keyword/content gaps Perform site-specific keyword research and competitive analysis Work with stakeholders to improve the quality of existing pages as per the search pattern Audit and perform a backlink analysis to maintain a diverse and healthy link profile Develop and implement link building strategy Work closely with the SEO team to experiment on and execute different outreach strategies Regularly research for relevant link building opportunities to increase our project exposure on the web Outreach to and collaborate with influencers, journalists, website owners/admins, bloggers Analyze internal unstructured and structured data to identify opportunities, both short and long-term Prepare and communicate regular & ad hoc reporting on SEO performance Work with the technical team to fix information architecture and usability issues Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network Prepare comprehensive strategy updates, reports, and forecasts Audit site to identify gaps in technical SEO.
Stay up to date on new SEO research and emerging trends Requirements: Experience with managing relationships with external websites and successfully acquiring backlinks Solid understanding of off-page optimization best practices and techniques Strong understanding of search engines and link structure of the Web Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Schema Good knowledge of SEO Tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush Experience with E-commerce websites is a plus Experience & Skills 5+ years proven SEO experience Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices A demonstrated track record of increasing rankings, traffic, and or revenue while managing and executing search engine optimization strategies and tactics Excellent communication skills
