Our Client a Pumps Manufacturer and Exporter needs Position : Service Engineer (Pumps) Location : Sakivihar Road, Powai, MumbaiQualification : Graduate / Diploma / ITI (Mech / Elec)Experience : 5 Years in Pump ServicingSalary : Upto 20K Job Profile

• Should be well versed with Mechanical & Electrical parts of Centrifugal and Multistage Pumps for domestic and Industrial Application
• Should be aware of Dealers' Network
• Generate Service Sales by AMC, Overhauling and Spare Sales to meet set targets.
  
  
• Inspect, Diagnose & Perform major & minor repair work on Motors, Pumps, Hydraulic Equipment, Compressors, Controls, Valves and related equipment
• Plan, Carry out and Evaluate Preventive Maintenance schedules for designated mechanical equipment himself or if required through other vendors
• Prepare and Maintain Routine & Specialized maintenance reports and records of all equipment
• Troubleshoot, Diagnose, Disassemble, Evaluate, Repair and Reinstall Waste-Water, Booster Pumps, Pump Systems and Customer's Equipment on site
• Tests new pumps before installing into the system.
  
  
• Repairing & Replacing Seals, Bearings, Couplings, etc on Pumps
