Certification:

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Principal ServiceNow application developer
• This role will be responsible for mapping business requirements, leading the design, development and implementation of the ServiceNow solution
• Designing and implementing third-party services Integrating with ServiceNow
• Review designs created by other groups/resources for alignment with best practices
• Working closely with product managers and agile teams in defining UI, data model and defining the integration requirements
• Assist in the creation of architectural artifacts for key technology initiatives
• Participate in the definition of future technology architecture and strategy
• Experience in designing ServiceNow GRC/IRM (Governance Risk and Compliance / Integrated Risk Management) modules including good understanding of Authority Documents, Citations, Policies, Control Objectives, Acknowledgment Campaigns, Entity Types, Risk and Audit processes in ServiceNow
• Responsible for ensuring that the software performs as intended by testing it for bugs and performance at all phases of development
• Design and create solutions inside the ServiceNow environment that include new or modified apps, forms, flow, workflow, UI policies, UI actions, Business Rules, ACLs, UI Builder, and any other settings necessary to support client operations
• Working together with the team lead, convert requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features
• Provide advanced assistance for ServiceNow by diagnosing a wide range of complex software issues, deploying bug fixes, performing root cause analysis.
  
  
• Participate in discovery sessions and process definitions with the team lead and other developers
• Lead and guide efforts in gathering requirements and continuing to develop process workflows
• Using Agile approaches, design Service Now solutions and push them from DEV to TEST to PROD

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
