Responsibilities Building ,developing and managing the team - Researching and analyzing the market, business situation and making a recruitment plan - Organising events, enemy planning and training new personnel - Resolving customers' questions quickly and efficiently - Personal image building and team training - Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically - Overseeing the activities of development board personnel in India - Accomplishing the business targets set by the company - Reporting business operation situation to Direct Management leadership in the host country - Coordinating with marketing departments to set up and implement business promotion activities, promote and introduce the Company's services Requirement Female/Male: 30 years old and up - A bachelor's degree in Administration , Finance ,or related field - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Good English skills - More than five years of experience in consulting, training ,and management - At least three years of working experience in the Insurance-Finance-Banking industry - Superior product knowledge - Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction - Skilled in communication, good negotiation and presentation skills, gentle with people - Willing to work in a high-pressure environment with decent remuneration - Looking forward to working and sticking with the Company for a long time.
