JD FOR SITE ENGINEER Job descriptionHave to look from starting to finishing Control over the contractor vendors & site workers Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specification Required Candidate profile Ability to move from one site to another Well-versed with MS excel and able to read Auto Cad layouts Experienced to work in multiple project at a time Understanding of the design and final layout Responsibilities:

• Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean
• Able to read and authorize technical drawings, site layouts and engineering plans.
  
  
• Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors
• Planning and execution of the order
• Installation of the Doors, Windows etc
• Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects
• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
  
  
• Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required
• Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or similar with a minimum of 3-5 years experience
• Must have done site work in Windows / Doors or Facade industry
• Great leadership and organizational skills
• Superb project management skills.
  
  
• Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects
• Great written and verbal communication skills
