Site Engineer / Site Supervisor Job In Antrix Financial Engineers Private Limited In Mumbai, Mumbai City, Navi Mumbai, Thane

• Study work order to understand the scope of work & plan of the project with site in charge /sales engineer and co-ordinator preferably by visiting site
• Execution of work as per instruction mentioned in Planning Sheet
• Labourers ,Machines and materials planning with Time Schedule ( No last Moment requisition Please)
• Proper Accounting of materials, tools and tackles etc
• Coordination between Customer as well us our staff.
  
  
• Proper and Timely Communication with Customers as well as with our Team members
• Oversee the daily activities of site offices and coordinate with the contractors for project execution as per approved DPRs Consultant shall review and monitor daily site reports prepared on a daily basis such as to the site register, material stock book, measurement book, accounts for expenditure and progress of the work
• The scope of work includes association as a technical consultant for execution and completion of project
• Ensure smooth execution of the above-mentioned project and shall coordinate with Antrix on a daily basis and shall be responsible for generating good for construction and detail drawings
• Assist and recommend the Project ln charge and on-site Conservation Architect in certifying the adequacy and quality of site work executed at site by the contractor and submission of utilizing certification and running bills to the GPO from lime to time.
  
  
• Works execution to be done as per agreed item/ specification of work as given in the approved DPR for time to time Site Engineer will oversee the necessity for variation in items of works in consultation with the Senior Engineers at Antrix
• Attend and represent Project Office on-site and also for official meetings and any other work assigned by Project Office in regard to site project
• Developing detailed designs
• Billing & execution , surveying etc.
