Job TitleSoftware Technologist IJob DescriptionYou are responsible for

• Work closely with product teams and product management to understand requirements and translate them in to test cases which capture all possible test conditions
• Derive Test Designs based on requirements & Test Design techniques to ensure 100% Traceability on both functional and non-functional aspects
• Assistance in the test estimation, planning and risk management activities
• Drive test execution in various phases of Agile
• Ensuring QMS practices deployment and coordinating bug fixes with Development Teams and performing impact assessment
• Follow up on the improvements in the profession of test engineering ie Continual improvement and learning in all aspects of I&V domain.
  
  

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Master or bachelor's degree in SW Engineering, IT, Informatics, or equivalent
• Strong drive and experience in the field of Quality and verification, SW development
• Solid experience with Agile development processes and methodologies
• Strong and proven management skills for Testing, Quality & integration teams
• Experience in 6+ person projects
• 3+ years' Experience in Mobile App testing - IOS & Android
• Basic knowledge of Risk Management and Requirements Management
• Proven track record in a high-speed product development environment
• A team player, eager to invest in personal and team growth
• Strong analytical, conceptual and creative thinking skills A problem solving and pragmatic attitude
• Ability to be honest, direct and transparent
• Good understanding of device development, integration, in driving quality and regulatory challenges
• Have Automation experience in Software test tools like Selenium, Appium, Mobile Application Automation Testing, API Testing, Web Application Automation Testing, etc
• Programming languages understanding and preferably some experience in Python programing
• ISTQB and Agile Certification is added benefit
