• Leverage AWS (EC2, EKS, ELB, RDS, S3, IAM and Redshift) to build cloud-native solutions
• Leverage Azure services (Virtual Machines, AKS, Load Balancer/Gateway, Managed Database Offerings, Blob Storage, Azure Active Directory and Synapse) to build cloud-native solutions
• Assess clients workloads and technology landscape for Cloud suitability
• Develop business case and cloud adoption roadmap
• Drive project from an architecture standpoint
• Quickly establish credibility and trustworthiness with key stakeholders in client organization
• Build scalable production systems
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and/or application connectivity issues across a complex global networks
• Lead highly-available and fault-tolerant enterprise and web-scale software deployments
• Develop custom scripts to automate deployments (eg.
  
  Shell, Python, Go and Ruby)
• Develop CloudFormation and Terraform templates
• Study existing technology landscape and understand current application workloads
• Make effective use of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile/iterative methodologies
• Define Migration strategies to move solutions between cloud providers
• Migrate on-premise workloads to the cloud
• Design highly available systems that meet RTO and RPO requirements
• Design solutions that meet common security standards
• Leverage software configuration management and change control best practices to make deployments repeatable and auditable
• Leverage application profiling tools to provide recommendations for resource allocation and optimization
• Estimate large-scale development efforts with a high degree of accuracy

Experience RequiredExperience: 10+ years, relevant: 5-8 yearsMandatory skills

• 5-8+ years experience in Information Technology or Research and Development
• Experience architecting infrastructure solutions using both Linux/Unix and Windows
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to work effectively with external organizations and development centers in other time zones
• Certified Solutions Architect for at least one public cloud provider
• Experience with microservice architecture

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical degree required Computer Science or Math background highly desired
• Working knowledge of software development practices and Internet-related technologies highly desired
• Professional AWS Solution Architect Certification desirable
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert desirable
