Sourcing Manager Job In Jas Corporate Management Services In Bengaluru / Bangalore

• Should have working/Sourcing experience in UK region (Mandatory)
• Develop the parts/products based on the transition plan set by the organization
• Monitor supplier performance and take containment actions and CAPA if any issues arise
• Ensure suppliers adhere 100% OTD and 100% quality adherence
• Act as a focal point for all suppliers supplying to UK
• Set up and attend meetings with different stakeholders such as Planning, Production, design, quality,
• Project management of the parts to be developed in the areas of resource management planning quality management, cost management etc
• Identify, develop, and manage suppliers
• Coordinate with warehouse team for dispatches
• Ensure logistics cost are optimized
• Understand the cross-country culture
• Present the data effectively
• Ensure timely communications and escalation
• Travel and visit suppliers regularly and ensure no surprises

• Basic knowledge of Castings, Machining
• Proven Project management skills
• Worked in global environment (UK region - England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland)
• Very Good communication
• Strong negotiation skills for getting the best price and value for money
• Commercial and financial awareness as managing budgets and keeping costs down is a key part of the role
