Job Description:
Structure, organize, and synthesize information to develop key insights on the group’s operations in the US and India
Automate dashboards such performance, compliance, budget, headcount and others Develop dashboards/reports to meet the business needs of various stakeholders
Make sense of the data to create insights that can drive actions and outcomes
Interpret stakeholder needs, and translate into understandable written requirements
Generation of periodic and ad-hoc reports as requested by leadership
Drive operational improvement as necessary to the business through process enhancements
Maintain project trackers (tasks, owners, deliverables, next steps)
Gather, analyze and provide functional solutions that will be transformed to technology solutions
Ensure compliance to standards as per firm/team processes & practices
Provide support to project managers for preparing, Statement of work (SOW), or other service agreement documents
Skill sets Required
Strong computing, analytical, data visualization, and problem-solving skills
Leverage data visualization techniques and Tableau platform technologies to design and implement production ready solutions and create advanced BI visualizations
Excellent business writing skills
Excellent written & oral communication skills
Good Client management and relationship building abilities
Capable of quickly, regularly, and independently learning new technologies under the pressure of consistent high-profile project deliverables
Self-motivated and strong team player Highly developed personal and professional ethics
Detailed oriented
Effective presentation and story boarding skills with exposure to senior level presentations
Qualifications
MBA degree or a Master’s degree in Statistics/Commerce/Mathematics/Economics
In-depth knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau and SharePoint
Knowledge of research tools/databases such Factiva, Thomson Research, Gartner, Forrester, SNL Kagan, and D&B Hoover’s is a plus
Strong project management skills
Candidate must demonstrate good understanding of the business fundamentals
Should be able to extract information/carry out research for meetings (internal and client), calls, project proposals
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Self-motivated and strong team player, preferably with experience working in virtual teams
Experience in working with US clients is a plus
