• Develop & Improve forecasting models using advanced analytics & and statistical tools
• Designs and develops forecasting scenarios
• Updates the forecast with monthly / weekly actual data and suggested improvements based on trend analysis
• Refines forecasting scenarios and generates final forecast
• Refines and capture data to be used as an input to the models
• Revise forecast based upon feedback
• Maintain process documentation and tweak as per requirement

Skills and Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline with 6-8 years of relevant work experience
• Must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision, with excellent problem-solving skills
• Drive for results, go getter attitude & experience in people management.
  
  Should be managing team in his/her current role
• Prior experience in working with Outsourced partners would be preferable
• Excellent understanding of Contact center Operational metrics & Commercial models
• Proficiency in WFM domain & concepts viz Occupancy, Productivity, AHT, Payout metrics under the managed services model incl various planning and forecasting techniques used in deriving / predicting the demand for service for a given line of business
• Understanding statistical data analysis techniques, visualization & creating scenario-based models in excel
• Excellent relationship management capability internal & cross functional, analytical ability & project management silks Experience in closely working with senior leaders
• Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the organizational goals
• Excellent written & verbal communication & presentation skills
• Expertise in MS Excel & Google Spreadsheets
• Good skill in Mathematical and Statistical modelling (R-studio, python)
• Experience in developing machine learning models like classification, linear/logistic regression.
  
  
• Hands on experience of forecasting for large and complex attributes
• Problem Solving & Analytical Skills - Ability to analyze and infer customer insights from data will be key capability
• Ability to drive and manage change management initiatives
• Able to drive quantifiable results (for scale and complexity)
• Build strong teams, coaches & mentors the team & rallies the team behind common purpose
• Able to identify the pain points, can work out solutions and successful implementation
