Need to possess following attributes / skills 1)Knowledge of various processes SGI casting (20 to 1000 kgs) and machining, Various steel components machining, Springs manufacturing (cold and hot rolled), Al Die casting/ machining, Al Extrusion, Plastic Moulding, Rubber moulding, Welding, Shot blasting, Painting, Plating etc 2)Implemented Quality improvement projects using 7QC Tools, Problem solving technique, FMEA, SPC 3)Implemented CAPA for customer complaints and supplier rejections using 8D process 4)Implementation of Quality, H&S and Environment management system for QA dept 5)Knowledge on various certifications like PESO, ATEX, UL, PED, SIL is preferred.

6)Expertise/ Knowledge on a)Non Destructive testing Radiography, LPT, MPI, UT b)Welding inspector - CSWIP certificate is preferred or has through Welding Process Knowledge Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), Process Qualification Record (PQR) c)Painting inspector or has through knowledge of Painting process qualifications d)Destructive Test Chemical, Mechanical e)Nuclear Radiation, Thermal Ageing 7)Good verbal and written communication skills Job execution consists of 1)Be on the shop to ensure product assembly is being carried out correctly Address the assembly issues immediately with the help of self knowledge/ WIs/ dialogue with Design and Production2)Organise collection of rejection / scrap / customer complaint data.

Implement Quality Improvement Projects3)Vendor assessment/ Vendor development by setting the quality process at vendor's end4)Organise Third Party Inspections / Get QAPs approved for our products 5)Ensure timely Incoming/ In process & Final Quality checks
