Java Developer Position Purpose: Develop and maintain in-house applications with focus on server-side and front-end UI application development using Java and similar technology stack Primary Accountabilities/Responsibilities: Gather application requirement from end users Participate in entire SDLC with main focus on prototyping, coding, and application delivery This list of duties and responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and can be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities that management deems necessary Job Requirements: We are looking for self-motivated 'Java Developer' with 3 to 8 years of experience with excellent communication and customer skills, who has: Strong development skills in and expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring/SpringBoot frameworks Strong development skills in Web development using JavaScript frame like React.

JS, Redux, AngularJS, jQuery, Ag-Grid, HighChart Experience using Design Patterns Experience in Event Driven Architecture, Webservices/Micro-Webservices development using Restful Should have an in-depth understanding of SDLC processes.

Extensive development experience with Web Services (SOAP and REST) Extensive experience with XML, XSD, WSDL Strong in Spring frameworks (MVC, IOC, Boot, Batch) and ORM framework like Hibernate Experience using container deployment and orchestration technologies: Kubernetes, docker Should have worked with Maven/Gradle, DevOps, JIRA/Rally, Bamboo/Jenkins/Hudson Should have experience on JMS/Messaging and middleware like IBM MQ/Apache Kafka Should have experience within No SQL database like MongoDB, In Memory data structure Redis, EHCache Experience with cloud AWS or Microsoft Azure Should have solid understanding of CI/CD methods and tools to integrate and deploy applications.

Hands-on experience in Oracle & SQL Worked in an Agile/Scrum teams Good knowledge on GIT & SCM Branching strategy Experience in building highly scalable, reliable, secure and performant enterprise systems Unit testing with Junit, Groovy and integration with SonarQube for code quality Highly motivated, quick, and self-learner with strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies and apply them to improve the product/services Working knowledge in financial domain such as Future and Option space, Knowledge about risk calculation Monte Carlo method, Historical method.

Proven ability to work independently, requirement analysis, designing, developing, and deploying solutions, and to deliver projects on time with minimal direction Desired Skills: Experience with cloud foundry platform, Kafka Confluent Skills in Microservice architecture with service registry, load balancer, spring cloud config is a plus
