Job Title: Sr Manager / Manager Department: EHSReporting To: Head EHSLocation: At SiteJob Purpose:1 Conducting risk analysis and ensuring the proper solution to avoid the risk & hazard Record keeping and documentation of EHS related work Inspection of machines, lifting tools and other equipment to ensure the compliance and safe working.

Checking of firefighting and detection system to ensure the proper working Key Tasks & Responsibilities:1 Perform regular plant safety audits - facilities, machinery, and safety equipment to identify and highlight potential hazards2 Provide safety training to all managers & associates for safety practice drills3.

Keeping track of site Incidents, Investigating the root cause and setting necessary procedure /practices to avoid incidents in future4 Train/built an emergency response team5 Maintain safety gadgets inventory including distribution6.

Implement safety directives; improve safety performance in chemical industry7 Identify best practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce work process risks, raise safety awareness, and improve safe work practices8 Conduct or coordinate worker training in areas such as safety laws and regulations, hazardous condition monitoring, and use of safety equipment9.

Accountability for all statutory compliance and legal aspects with respect to Environment, Health and safety10 ISO Documentation & certificationSkills & Competencies Required:Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of environmental regulations and policies Proficient in technology and equipment used in environmental inspections Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software Behavioral Skills: Attention to Detail Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent Communication Time Management Strong in Coordination Assertiveness Trustworthy Academic & Professional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in environmental safety, Occupational Safety and Health, or related field required, Master's degree desirable Experience Required: 8-15 Years of experience in same domain Industry: Preferably from chemical industry
