Innovate to solve the world's most important challengesKeKey Responsibilities:Manage all applications and resources assigned to Site IT Champion service Full accountability and ownership to successfully execute all Site IT Champion efforts and service This includes careful and complete Ideation and definition with all stakeholders, alignment with all Corp IT towers, and clear scope, budget, schedule, and resource planning for internal and external needs .

Management and governance for all existing Site IT Champion suppliers and towers Lead all Site IT Champion assigned resources using comprehensive MOS rhythm and structure to ensure high quality site support and clear scope of work Co-architect and approve Site IT Champion as the GDM and ensure no gaps in process scope Work with multiple cross functional teams including WEE, DCN, SUN, Security to ensure standard scope of responsibility and process.

Build cross-functional team to support Site IT Championship covered sites Ensure full adoption and implementation of Honeywell standards, tools, processes, and strict adherence to Honeywell policies Work with cross-functional IT support organization and suppliers in the planning and execution for other core services including Cyber Security, Audit, Compliance, M&A, Continuous Site Support Improvement and Manufacturing Digital Transformation including input on Strategy, Design and execution, Cross-Functional IT alignment Accountable to define and manage the Site IT Championship VSEM (Vision, Strategy, Execution, Measurement) .

Management of business case development, IT transformation, and service optimization initiatives Support businesses to adopt new technologies and drive transformation and of IT based cost savings initiatives Provide guidance and recommendations for security, compliance, specialized applications, corporate audits, risk and cyber self-assessments, sustainable disaster recovery and business continuity Coordinate with vendors on systems monitoring, event escalation, root cause / corrective action analyses, disaster outage response and management Full ownership of site support partnering with Honeywell cross-tower support teams .

Ensure business value targets for all Site IT Champion efforts are achieved Drive and influence all Site IT Champion business demand planning/requests for inclusion in STRAP/AOP Develop roadshow and showcase initiatives and support customer awareness requirements Own Site IT Champion communications with the IT and Business stakeholders and articulate functional and business impacts .

Business travel: 0%-10% of timeYOU MUST HAVE (QUALIFICATIONS)Strong Leadership skill exhibiting Honeywell core behaviors as a people and service leader to support comprehensive MOS controls and process improvement 4+ years of strong program management and project execution Ability to write high quality comprehensive Vendor MSA's and project SOW's and manage all Site IT Champion vendor relationships In Depth knowledge about MFG Site Support needs .

6+ years of IT experience with increasing technical and operational responsibilities 3+ years of experience supporting Site based IT Services 4+ years of experience working with contracting, managed service and third parties (internal and external) WE VALUEBS in technical degree or business Strong communication and customer service and support skills .

Ability to communicate effectively in proactive manner at all levels of the organization Ability to work under pressure with a strong business acumen and customer centric focus Excellent Interpersonal and communication Skills Ability to function in a collaborative environment with business clients Solid understanding of infrastructure and business support related experience in Honeywell is a plus .

Excellent Communication Skills: ability to influence internal / external customers, suppliers, and team members to drive best outcome for Honeywell with the ability to deliver complex information to diverse audiences A high degree of knowledge and experience supporting critical IT service and support at very large sites ( 250 people) or environments including deemed as business critical Knowledge of security concepts, standards, and processes Six Sigma certified and IT certification a plus
