Sr Manager Tenders And Contracts Job In Tracks Towers Infratech Private Limited In Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Telangana

Should have technical knowledge in bidding and handling EPC Projects in HAM model and having Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Highways & Road projects Review the contract agreement, Drawings, BOQs and prepare data sheet, risk analysis and collect the required technical and financial document for Bid Submission Prepare BOQs, Rate Analysis and Costing for EPC works Should be able to study, understand and analyze the complete scope of work in terms of technically and contractually Analyze/prepare the Project cost estimation, Master procurement schedules, Cash flows, monitor revenue, cost against project schedule, macro planning and resource deployment after considering the set budgetary parameters of the project.

He should manage projects including all Construction, procurement, drawing and maintenance activities Coordinate with sub-contractors to monitor their performance in view of project schedule and should be able to resolve all techno commercial disputes/clarifications during execution of project and create detailed Site Investigation Report and present the same notably to the higher authority and have to attend the pre-bid meetings and bid-openings Should be able to travel extensively pan India to execute and monitor the projects Required Qualification: BE/B.
