Coordinate with the teams for day-to-day Operational Issues and get them resolved Identifying, providing, and selecting safe carriers for Clients Maintaining log book for maintenance and Repair schedules, Assisting team to prepare carriers for loads Awareness of processes and General spare parts in transportation/ carriers Collaborating with shippers, carriers, maintenance, warehouse, spare parts, and dispatchers to manage timely scheduled collections and drop-offs.
Keeping track of records of relevant activities Updating customers on the status of shipments, and assisting with other inquiries Maintaining current knowledge of market trends in the transportation marketplacePerform Operational coordination services, adhering to government and company regulations Create, coordinate, and manage pick-up and delivery schedules, coordinating with shippers, internal teams, maintenance, carriers, dispatchers, and customers Track and report the shipment status of loads.
Book orders with carriers and assist in preparation for loading Provide current and prospective customers with shipping quotes
