• Gather data, conduct assessments, define user requirements and develop specifications for the Real time Management System
• Optimize use of tools/technology and workforce management techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the organization
• Determine optimal work schedules and coordinate effective scheduling of non-productive activities like meetings, training sessions, and vacations to ensure that response time and service goals are met
• Perform real time analysis and execution of intraday staffing adjustments in half hour increments on a need basis
• Drive Special Projects and Initiatives as assigned from time to time
• Resolve escalated issues and requests from site management
• Root cause analysis of SLA deviations, action plan development and resolution
• Monitor real-time queue, schedule adherence & attendance
• Key daily exception requests and update schedules
• Optimize breaks the day of or day before the actual schedule
• Schedule ADHOC intra-day training requests and update schedules
• Produce and analyze daily efficiency reports (representative availability, access level etc.
  
  )
• Cater to real time adhoc requests as and when required

Key skills & knowledge:

• Excellent Excel Knowledge (basic and advance)s

• Good communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel & Power point
• Proficiency with computers
• Willing to work in a 247 shift environment
• Candidate with Scheduling & Forecasting skill will be preferred.
  
  
• Ability to handle pressure situations
• Drive for self-learning and knowledge enhancement
• Extensive experience with WFM software
• Ability to simplify complex operations into repeatable processes
• Comfortable in fast-paced environment
• Ability to make decision in time sensitive ambiguous situations
