Job description Produce and maintain user documentation according to plan Analyze the need for documentation when new functionality is developed and identify which documents need to be updated Participate and contribute to the work of user documentation follow publication plans, with different dates for different types of documents Support PO, Project Managers, and colleagues to create documentation Ensure the right quality of documentation in line with the guidelines.

Produce and maintain document templates, structure, and formalities Managing and participate in developing the work process including technical writing, reviewing, translation and publishing Participate in development of functionality and upgrade of existing tools Participate and contribute to project with external suppliers regarding documentation Be responsible for documentation in different projects.

Ability and interest in working cooperatively and supportively in a multi-disciplinary international team environment Coordinate the work and initiate that user documentation follows publication plans, with different dates for different types of documents Improve document templates, structure, and formalities Improve the processes to develop documents Contacts with customer in JIRA and in meetings Contacts with the CMS supplier Project management the documentation parts of various improvement projects.

Project lead implementationand testingin project with external suppliers regarding documentation Guides and coaches' colleagues within the same role and or other teams All requirements : More than 5 years of relevant experience Experience from leading projects or assignments Very high social skills and ability to develop customer relationships Ability to develop new offers related to our products and services High analytical ability Very good understanding for relevant methods and processes, e.
