Roles and Responsibilities: Discuss website design and functionalities with client Designing and building the website front-end Creating the website architecture Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration Building and implementing new WordPress themes and plugins Conducting website performance tests Analyzing website performance and troubleshooting errors Maintain well-documented and reusable code Monitoring the performance of the live website Requirement: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar field At least 3-5 years of experience with WordPress development experience PHP 2 with WordPress framework, MySQL, AWS, GIT, JIRA, Angular Proven work experience as a WordPress developer Knowledge of Object-Oriented PHP programming in WordPress Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery Knowledge of code versioning tools including Git and SVN Advanced troubleshooting and debugging skills Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug Should have good experience with at least one relational database like PostgreSQL, MySQL OR MariaDB Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics Ability to work independently Good communication skills Knowledge of other PHP CMS like Magento, Joomla and Cake PHP will be added advantage
