Experience working on Linux environments- CentOS OR /Ubuntu OR RHEL Hands-on experience in Monitoring, Logging, Alerting, Dashboarding and report generation in any monitoring tools (Nagios /Splunk/Datadog/Cloudwatch/ELK/Prometheus/New Relic, etc) Hands on experience with Splunk, cc, Akamai Mpulse preferred Expert application production support knowledge and proven debugging skills and enterprise java applications Hands-on production support experience of Ecommerce websites, problem management and event handling experience.

Experience in writing SQLs, Scripting, and Automation capabilities (Shell/Python) Experience working with management/tracking tools eg, JIRA, Confluence, etc Experience working with VCS platforms e.

g, GitHub OR Bitbucket, OR SVN : Github preferred Experience with any of the cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP/etc) : AWS preferred Experience/Knowledge on Kubernetes will be an added advantage: EKS preferred Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
