Title : Development of Good Quality and Healthy Ready to Drink Concoction of Milk Tea
Qualification :
1 Bachelor degree in Dairy Technology/ Food Science/ Food Technology/ Food Science and Technology/ Agriculture/ Life Science! Animal Sciences with at east second division from a recognised university
2 Master degree in Dairy Technology/ Food Science/ Food Technology/ Food Science and Technology/ Processing and Food Engineering/ Livestock Products Technology (with specialization in Dairy Technology) with minimum OCPA 60/10 or 60 percent marks in aggregate or equivalent.
In Desirable: Preference will be given to a candidate having working experience on related areas, exposure to basics of food quality analysis with working knowledge of analytical equipments and statistical analysis

Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (GADVASU) was established at Ludhiana by an act of the Punjab Legislature No. 16 of 2005 notified in the Punjab Government Gazette on August 9, 2005 and it started functioning w.e.f. April 21, 2006 for promoting livestock production, health and prevention of the disease(s) through integrated teaching, research and extension programme(s).
