DAILY INSPECTION as per plan ( Gauge ,TRIR ,Fixture RP/ PM ,Broach inspection ) Priorities inspection as per Reds priority To maintain 5S at STD Room Daily Gauge follow up from supplier for gauge sent to tool room for calibration Preparation of Gauge GCR report To maintain GCR register Ensure timely receipt of Gauges from Inhouse as well as from Supplier for Calibration OKOTIF Calibration of Gauge and instrument at STD ROOM TO ENSURE ZERO UNCALIBRATED GAUGE AND INSTRUMEMENT AT Shop floor Co-ordination with tool room team leader & Quality team leader in case of any breakage,damage,internal problems and queries To maintain STD room instruments,devices and all other equipments in OK condition STD room work reliability,efficiency and effectiveness Multiskill to other minimum 4 hours Conduct MSA To maintains std room as per WI/QA/157 Prepration kaizen and suggestion Preparation of gauge and instrument schedule and handover to resp person After calibration receiving the instrument in WLSPL then validate each instrument and collect calibration report as well as maintain file for the same Inspection activity for CI work To maintain daily work report Co-ordination with tool room team leader for drawing queries and other doubts

Knowledge Of Measuring Instruments Like Vernior Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge ,hardenss Tester ,digital Height Master ,profile Projector Etc Good Drawing Reading Skills Good Analytical & Escalation, Communication Skills
