• Job Responsibilities : 1 Will support PMO Lead during the ISP Project Rollout and guide/reviewand prepare the project execution plans in collaboration with the PBOTVendor Teams & as per guidelines from NHQ PMO/State CTO Will detailsout Project WBS and align the same with project schedules2 Analyze multiple critical paths and recommends action plans tomonitor the critical tasks3 Publish critical paths analysis with complete action list to allconcerned4.
  
  Raise timely alarms for any delay on critical actions5 Will also help in detailing out PBOT Vendors program management scopein the overall network in coordination with Project Control Manager atNHQ Resource mapping in the level 3 schedule and check for resourceconflicts in case of critical resources
